Question: What Is Your Dream Car?
[ August 6th, 2008 ] By: Charles Smith Posted in » Questions
Perhaps it is curiosity, or more probably writer’s block, but I’d like to know what your dream car is. Everyone usually has a different one so there are some pretty interesting answers out there. So comment below!
For me there are so many choices, but this obsession with rally narrows it down a little. Rally Prepped cars are so different to drive than your standard car, but I really do dream about driving them. I would have to say my dream car is a WRC Citroen Xsara. It just seems like such a fun car to drive, check it:

So what is your dream car? An M3? Subaru WRC Car? McLaren F1? Go crazy.

Even if it was made in the early 90’s, a McLaren F1 would be a sweet car to kick around in. Or maybe an actual McLaren F1 race car. Nothing like 2.4L of normally aspitated V8 fury making ~800 hp :D
Though those cars would be fun, you have to stick to the road with that. I actually want to give the new WRC STi a spin more than anything else, bring it through some grassy fields and make up a little course. That would be a blast.

Early model Citroën DS with massive off-road tires. Hold on to that hydraulic system, though.

Just 1? Really? Hmmm…
I’d have to go with a 2008 Porsche GT3 RS.
If I could have several, well… the list is long… mighty long.

yea, there really is a mighty long list in every driver’s head, but forcing the 1 makes em think a bit more about it :P

For me there’s two and I am lucky to own both of them. I have always been a Firebird man. I own a 97 Trans Am which I have set up for mostly Street-Style Drag. It’s used as a normal drive car just to have quick fun in. The one I am proud or thou is my 85 Celica-Supra MK2. It’s stock right now but I want to set it up for a mix of GT/Rally. Now both cars are extreamly different to drive but if you start from square 1 your driving skill will increse 3 fold. I am not the best, but because of the 2 different styles or cars gives me that edge in any course/style of driving.
