		<description>The ban on sequential gearboxes confuses me in rally america as well. Especially now that more and more cars are coming with them stock, like the new EVO, it really isn't making much sense any more. The only reason I can think of is to reduce spending to level the playing field a bit, since good sequential gearboxes can cost quite a bit.

How could it be simpler? Honestly, I'm not really sure. I need to do some more research on sequentials to be able to answer that for you.</description>
