		<description>Heh, thanks, we found that to be pretty funny since it seems so obvious, but it's not something one would really think of.

As for the placement of the disclaimer, we put it at the end so that it is the last thing that people see. If anything sticks with them, it should be safety. All the practice and skill in the world won't do you any good if you're dead, or don't have a car to drive :(</description>
